Roofing Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

This person will be responsible for coordinating roofing projects from the awarded stage through to the completion stage. This individual needs to be detail oriented and organized, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Obtaining all paperwork from customers.
  • Coordinating schedules with field crews.
  • Arranging deliveries of dumpsters and materials.
  • Scheduling of all building inspections.
  • Working closely with Project Coordinator on a daily basis.

Abilities

  • Heavy customer correspondence via email, texting, and phone.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Applicant must be extremely organized and be a team player.

This is NOT a work from home role. You will be required to work in our office located in Milwaukee.
