We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing team.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing crews and overseeing projects, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring client satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and team focused.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage subcontractors and construction crews.
- Serve as onsite quality control and safety specialist, ensuring everyone in the field and onsite adheres to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate all material deliveries for the start of each job, ensuring accurate inventory.
- Be present at time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed to homeowner’s satisfaction and per scope of work.
- Present professional appearance and conduct as company representative.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with the clients, crews, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Schedule and manage inspections and permits.
- Develop and execute punch lists in a timely manner.
- Perform warranty work.
- Perform general administrative duties.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in roofing and siding required.
- Must maintain a clean driving record to drive company vehicle and obtain permits.
